| This is where you can meet Australian wildlife in natural bush settings and still cuddle them (well, the ones with less teeth at least). Handy location, huge collection of animals including reptiles and birds, education centre and barbecue area make this park one of the best choices for a day visit or even an outdoor party. |

My husband and I took a Aussie Bush discovery tour and one part was a stop at Featherdale Wildlife park. We only had 45 minutes to see the animals. We soon learned that 45 minutes was not enough time to spend in your fantastic park. It is by far the best wildlife park we`ve ever been to. We especially loved getting up close & personal with the Koalas (I loved petting & getting my picture taken with 14 mo old Lily!) We loved all the birds, (kookaburras) and the Tasmanian Devils were quite active & growled at each other. We only wish we had more time to spend in the park. Thank you! |

ive made 4 trips to Sydney in the last 5 yrs but it wasnt till my last visit in June 2004 that i finally got the experience i wanted with Australian animals by discovering Featherdale Wildlife Park! all i can say is dont waste your time or money on Taronga!
...AND taking the train to the Park from the City was wonderful in itself! |

My husband and I took our 18 month old daughter to Featherdale and had a great time. We were there for about 3 hours but could have spent a lot more time looking at al the animals. Our daughter got to feed Kangaroos, pet goats and sheep, see a crocodile - she was exhausted by the end of it.
We`re going again today ;) |

The park was one of the highlights of our trip to Aus in Feb of this year. Well set out and with plenty to learn about Australias animals. We even saw a Taipan shedding its skin! Thanks to everyone at the park, we will definately return. |

I visited Featherdale as my first Wildlife Park in Australia as a tourist. I found the exhibits open and visible. I loved the setting and personal hands on experience I got with the animals. I was able to feed the walabees and kangeroos and even feel and feed a koala. The staff gave me an Australian experience I will never forget. Thank you. |
